This Privacy Policy explains how Padel Craft USA ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit padelcraftusa.com (the "Site") or contact us. We are based in Miami, Florida and serve customers across the United States.

- Project location, project type and budget range
- For partner applications: the states you serve and your contractor license, if any

When you use the Site we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, approximate location, and the date and time of your visit. This happens through cookies and similar technologies.

We share information with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for those services. They include Cloudflare (hosting, security and analytics), Resend (delivery of form submissions by email) and Google (email through Google Workspace, and analytics). We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it to answer your inquiry, manage our business relationship and keep business records. After that we delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Residents of California and some other states have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. 7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
